Do you use only brand name medications?

Shipping

To what countries you execute the delivery?

We are shipping our products to almost all countries all over the world. The exception is the shipping to some countries in Asia.

From which country I will receive the pills?

All our products are manufactured in India, where we process your orders, so the package you will receive also from India.

What about the type of packages? Is it necessary to sign for the shipment?

The main strategy of our company is to protect your privacy. You will receive your order in a separate envelope which will be putted in your mail box. If this order is sent by Standard Mail there is no need to sign for it.

Shipping procedure

Shipping methods? How long I should wait for receiving my order?

We send our products through Express International Mail, but we have to receive from you the correct address for delivery. In case, if you specify a mail forwarding address (e.g. PO box, General delivery, Poste restante, UPS store, APO/FPO), hotel or educational facility in your shipping address or if you give us a wrong telephone number we will not be able to send you the package.

In our web-site you can check the specified time of delivery for most cases, but please note, that we cannot guarantee the receiving of package in this term because of probability of force majeure events. Such cases are described below.

Remember, our company is not responsible for shipping delays due to the customs inspections of international mail.

Please, take into account, delays in deliveries can also be present due to mail disruptions during the Christmas and New Year celebration, natural disasters, strikes and other events which disrupt mailing process. The company is not liable for such cases which are not under our control.

Are the shipping rates standard for all packages?

What I should do if my package will be delayed at customs?

If you will not get your package in specified term, you will be informed. Sometimes it happens that customs delay the parcel for examine it and can ask the recipient for permission. But nevertheless, in case of any problems during delivery or with your order in general, please let us know, we will do everything possible to eliminate the problem.

What should I do if I receive the damage package or some items are absent?

If there is any problem with your package, you should immediately contact our support team and explain your problem in details. We have Policies which you can find in our web-site. So we will resend the package once again or you will receive your payment back.

If your order is rather big (more than 90 pills) it will be packed into several packages.

Who will pay for the product reshipping?
